Shipping policy

📮 Dispatch Time 
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. If you require your order urgently, please contact me prior to purchasing and I will do my best to accommodate.

Items already in stock may be dispatched sooner.

 

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class as standard.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £30.



🌍 International Shipping

Certain products (such as large-format artwork and selected fashion items) are produced through a trusted third-party partner and can be delivered worldwide.

Orders dispatched directly from my studio are available to the following destinations:

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Finland.

  • USA orders ship via USPS (approx. 5–7 working days).

  • All other international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (untracked by default).

Tracking is available as an upgrade at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–17 working days (customs procedures may cause delays).

Please note that deliveries to certain European countries such as Italy and Spain may take longer than average; for peace of mind, we recommend selecting tracked shipping.

💰 Customs and Taxes

International shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is refused and returned to me in good condition, I will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


📌 Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate per order, regardless of weight or size.
  • I aim to keep shipping fair and affordable, reflecting current postal rates.
  • Large artwork (A3 and above) and certain fashion pieces may be shipped directly from a third-party production partner.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure. I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen once marked as delivered.
