Where is Ziyi Studio based?

We are based in London, UK. Most products are created, packed, and shipped directly from the studio, with some larger formats handled by EU-based partners.

Do you offer custom commissions?

If you have a project in mind, feel free to reach out with the details and we can discuss sizes, themes, and timelines together.

Product Information

What are digital products?

Digital products include phone/tablet wallpapers, printable cards, and other downloadable artwork. They are not physical items and will be delivered via email.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to selected countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and most of Europe. Please check our Shipping Policyfor the full list.

How long does shipping take?

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class. It will take from 3-5 days. International delivery times vary, usually 3–17 working days. Delays may occur due to customs.

Is shipping tracked?

UK orders are tracked by default. International orders use Standard delivery (not tracked) unless you select a tracking upgrade at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free UK shipping on orders over £30. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Orders & Returns

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email info@ziyistudio.co as soon as possible and we’ll try to accommodate changes.

My order is damaged or missing. What should I do?

Please email us with photos of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to replace or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed.
