Where is Ziyi Studio based?
We are based in London, UK. Most products are created, packed, and shipped directly from the studio, with some larger formats handled by EU-based partners.
Do you offer custom commissions?
Not at this time. However, licensed collaborations and wholesale partnerships are welcome. Please reach out via the contact form.
Product Information
Are your prints signed?
A5 and A4 prints are signed and include a certificate of authenticity. A6 prints (usually free gifts) and A3 or larger prints are unsigned due to external production.
What are digital products?
Digital products include phone/tablet wallpapers, printable cards, and other downloadable artwork. They are not physical items and will be delivered via email.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and most of Europe. Please check our Shipping Policy for the full list.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International delivery times vary, usually 3–17 working days. Delays may occur due to customs.
Is shipping tracked?
UK orders are tracked by default. International orders use Standard delivery (not tracked) unless you select a tracking upgrade at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free UK delivery is available on all orders. International shipping is calculated based on region and order size.
Orders & Returns
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email info@ziyistudio.co as soon as possible and we’ll try to accommodate changes.
My order is damaged or missing. What should I do?
Please email us with photos of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to replace or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed.
