Handmade Clay Charm Workshop | 16 May 2026 (Sat)

n 16 May 2026 (Sat), I hosted a Handmade Clay Charm Workshop featuring stone clay charm bases that were individually handmade and sanded by me before the session.

One of the things I enjoy most about workshops like this is that they feel less like a class and more like a shared creative experience. Everyone gathers around the same table, chats while they work, and gradually transforms a simple charm base into something completely their own.

Although everyone started with the same materials, every finished piece turned out differently. Some participants spent time experimenting with colour combinations, while others focused on tiny details or carefully selected charm and hardware pairings. Watching each piece develop its own personality is always one of my favourite parts of the day.

Seeing all of the finished charms together at the end of the workshop was especially rewarding. Starting from the same blank canvas, each participant created something unique that reflected their own style and creativity.

In a world that often feels increasingly fast-paced and digital, I still believe there is something special about making things by hand. Taking the time to paint, assemble and personalise a piece creates a different kind of connection — not only to the finished object, but also to the creative process itself.

This workshop also reinforced how well hands-on creative experiences can work within brand, retail and community spaces. Whether for brand activations, team building sessions, member events, popup experiences, product launches or community gatherings, creative workshops offer an engaging format that encourages participation, interaction and meaningful experiences.

Brand partnerships, venue collaborations and customised workshop programmes are currently available. Cafés, concept stores, creative spaces, brands and event organisers are welcome to get in touch to explore tailored workshop experiences designed around specific themes, campaigns or audiences.

A big thank you to everyone who joined the workshop and made the afternoon such a lovely creative experience. I look forward to creating more opportunities to make, share and create together in the future.
